How will my item be shipped?
Items will be shipped using the lowest cost method. This could be one of any services provided by either USPS, FedEx or UPS.

Can I choose a faster or specific shipping service?
Sure, that can be arranged. Just let me know and I can invoice you for the additional cost....For example: If your item includes free shipping and is scheduled to ship First Class Mail (suppose it's a $2 value) and you would rather it shipped Priority Mail (suppose it's a $5 value), then you would be billed the $3 extra that it costs to upgrade your shipment. I can ship with any service by any of the main carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS).

Possibly. The international shipping costs are automatically calculated based on the estimated weight of the item. It is possible that the item(s) may fit in a lower cost flat-rate box. If the cost looks too high, email me and I will try to see if I can ship it a cheaper way.

Do you offer refunds?
At this time, we are not offering refunds on properly working/properly described items. In the unlikely event that an item is defective, it can be returned. Buyer pays shipping.

If an item breaks while under warranty, please email me. I will gladly help contact the manufacturer and it's distributors and work with you to get the problem solved.

My store is in the United States (Specifically, in South Carolina)

Do you charge sales tax?
Only to shipments made to South Carolina. If you are not in the United States, your country may charge you impost/customs fees. You would be completely responsible for these fees.
